The Eagles admittedly have a need for a new pass rusher. They tried to re-sign Jaelan Phillips before getting priced out of his market. They’ve reportedly had interest in trading for Jonathan Greenard, who is said to be seeking a new contract. By drafting Faulk, they go the less expensive route as they continue to build through the trenches. Faulk’s profile is intriguing; he has inside/out versatility, he’s flashed production (7 sacks in 2024), he’s big/athletic, and the best might only be yet to come since he’s only 21 years old.
