SEATTLE — A Stanwood man has been charged with second-degree robbery and attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle following a dangerous chase on Interstate 5 on Christmas Day.
Alexander Eugene Smith, 24, allegedly stole a Washington State Patrol (WSP) vehicle after a trooper tried to assist him, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
