SNOHOMISH, Wash. — When the Snohomish River swelled three weeks ago, families at the Three Rivers mobile home park watched the water rise and then rush into their homes.
For Rosa, a mother of three, the water swallowed nearly everything. She pointed to the watermark on the walls of her RV on Tuesday, remembering how high the flood had climbed. Clothes, furniture, memories; all of it soaked.
“I feel bad because I never do that,” she said about asking for help.
