CapStar prices shares for IPO

CapStar Bank released pricing details Wednesday for its initial public offering as the Nashville-based bank looks to woo investors during its roadshows. CapStar has targeted its shares to price between $14.50 and $16.50 per share, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
