Officials warn that heavy snowfall and strong winds could create hazardous travel conditions through early Thursday morning.
Advisory Details and Affected Areas
The advisory, issued Tuesday morning, covers Cascades of Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, Northern King, Chelan, and Okanogan counties. The warning will be in effect from 11 PM Tuesday until 5 AM Thursday.
