A winter storm system moving across northern New England has prompted the National Weather Service (NWS) to issue multiple Winter Weather Advisories across Maine and parts of New Hampshire, warning residents to prepare for hazardous travel conditions through Saturday.
Meteorologists expect the storm to bring several inches of snow, reduced visibility, and slippery roadways, particularly during the overnight hours into Saturday afternoon.
