Tulum Set To Welcome Travelers At The New International Airport By December

The future Tulum International Airport was visited by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador during a tour of the construction site. The president visited the construction sites with Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa after arriving in Chetumal on Saturday.

Both parties stated that the airport will be completed in December of this year.

“We are carrying out for the first time the evaluation of section 5 of the Maya Train where the Tulum Airport, Felipe Carrillo Puerto, is being built, a new marvel of civil-military engineering and the work of exceptional Mexican workers.”

“In December it will be possible to fly to anywhere in Mexico and the world,” López Obrador posted
