UPDATE: Tornado Warning Continues!
A Tornado Warning following a Tornado Watch was issued Sunday afternoon, December 28, 2025, after reports indicated tornadic activity in central Illinois, including near the Decatur area.
Weather spotters confirmed at least one tornado near Long Creek, while radar signatures suggested additional tornadic circulation nearby, prompting urgent alerts and local response.
