Philippines lifts travel restrictions for foreigners, tourism remains banned

The Philippines has just reopened for long-term visa holders. All arrivals will be subject to COVID-19 RT-PCR test at the airport. They also need to book a room at a government-approved quarantine hotel or facility where they will have to take an additional test the sixth day from the date of their arrival.
