A winter weather advisory remained in effect early Tuesday, December 23, 2025, across parts of the Lower Hudson Valley and portions of upstate New York as a quick-moving system delivered light to locally moderate snowfall, with pockets of freezing drizzle possible later in the day.
Forecasters said the storm’s biggest impact would likely be slick roads during the morning commute and slower travel during one of the busiest holiday weeks of the year, rather than widespread heavy accumulation.
