The warning, issued by the National Weather Service Portland and National Weather Service Pendleton, will be in effect from 5 PM Tuesday through 5 AM PDT Thursday.
Impacted areas include the Northern and Central Oregon Cascades, South Washington Cascades, and the East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades, covering locations such as Government Camp, Santiam Pass, Willamette Pass, Sisters, Sunriver, and La Pine.
