The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Storm Warning for the Cascade regions of Oregon and Washington, with up to four feet of snow expected in some areas between Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon.
The warning follows a surge of Arctic air and a powerful Pacific storm system moving inland, posing serious travel and safety hazards throughout the region.
