A widespread frost advisory has been issued across large parts of the southeastern United States, with millions of residents in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina urged to prepare for cold overnight temperatures that could damage vegetation.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS), the advisory will take effect overnight into Thursday morning, bringing conditions favorable for frost formation across multiple regions.
