Residents Urged to Take Precautions as Wind Chills Plummet to Life-Threatening Levels
An Extreme Cold Warning has been issued across vast regions of Ohio and Pennsylvania, with the National Weather Service (NWS) warning of dangerously low wind chills expected to last through Tuesday morning.
The Arctic blast is forecast to bring wind chills ranging from -15°F to -30°F, posing severe risks of frostbite, hypothermia, and infrastructure damage, including ruptured water pipes.
