Multiple tornado warnings were issued Thursday evening across several counties in Ohio as powerful thunderstorms moved rapidly through the region, bringing conditions including large hail and damaging winds.
The alerts, issued by the National Weather Service, warned residents to take immediate shelter as radar indicated rotation in several storm systems capable of producing tornadoes.
