The Oklahoma City Thunder raised their 2025 NBA championship banner on opening night of the 2025-26 season. It’s the first championship in franchise history for OKC if you don’t count the Seattle Supersonics’ 1979 championship, and the Thunder busted out some of the gaudiest championship rings in sports history to commemorate the occasion.
The Thunder’s rings are 14-karat white and yellow gold with blue and orange sapphires. The ring has diamonds with each player’s number, and features the team’s 68-14 regular season record on the side. There’s also something I’ve never seen before: another ring inside the Thunder’s championship ring. Here’s a first look:
