The New York Jets have effectively been on the clock for two months, and it’s unclear if they know what they’re doing on Thursday night. Everyone has known that the Raiders are taking QB Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 pick since the NFL Scouting Combine in February, which meant the draft effectively starts at No. 2.
