A potential return to the Formula 1 grid for Sergio Pérez has been given a boost by one of his former bosses.
Sauber Team Principal Jonathan Wheatley, who took that role after years as the Sporting Director at Red Bull, told the official F1 channel that he has no doubts about Pérez’s race pace.
