DALLAS — A young fan behind the NC State bench keeps holding up a “We want ice cream” sign. So naturally, that made me curious.
According to WMFY News, it’s a tradition Kevin Keatts started when he was hired: Basically when you win on the road, you go out for ice cream. Sounds simple enough (and is a pretty effective form of motivation, in my humble opinion).
NC State has some work to do to indulge tonight, as it trails Duke 21-14 with about seven minutes to go in the half.
