French Open men’s semifinals set as Sinner, Djokovic advance

The semifinals of the men’s singles bracket at the 2025 French Open are now set. A pair of quarterfinal matchups concluded on Wednesday, as top seed Jannik Sinner downed Alexander Bublik while the sixth-seeded Novak Djokovic took out the third-seeded Alexander Zverev. On Tuesday, Lorenzo Musetti and Carlos Alcaraz made it past their opponents to punch their tickets, too.

Wins for the latter two came at the expense of the remaining two American men in the field: Frances Tiafoe and Tommy Paul. Tiafoe, the 15th seed, fell to Musetti in four sets, 6-2, 4-6, 7-5, 6-2. Paul, the 12th seed, fell to the second-seeded Alcaraz in straight sets
