The world of international team golf had quite the moment on Tuesday.
Early Tuesday morning it was announced that Paula Creamer would serve as an assistant captain on Angela Stanford’s American staff for the 2026 Solheim Cup. That makes sense.
Shortly after that the Presidents Cup decided to announce both of their captains for their event in 2026. Brandt Snedeker and Geoff Ogilvy will bring their American and International teams, respectively, to Medinah next September.
