Former Chicago Sky star Allie Quigley announced her retirement in a Players’ Tribune article on Tuesday morning. While Quigley hasn’t played in the WNBA since 2022, she had never officially announced her retirement — until now.

The 38-year-old sharpshooter, who spent 10 of her 14 WNBA seasons in Chicago, averaged 10.4 points per game in her career and shot 39.4% from three. She’s made the 20th-most three-pointers in WNBA history (510) and the 22nd-best three-point percentage in league history. She has the best three-point percentage among all WNBA players who have made at least 500 threes in her career.
