2025 Ryder Cup: Europeans dominating United States after Saturday, 11.5 to 4.5

We are going to have an away team win the Ryder Cup.

Mathematically speaking the United States are alive as a team. But it would take a miracle.

That isn’t even a strong enough word, actually. With the Americans needing 14.5 points to win the Ryder Cup (an absurd idea clearly) they would have to mine out 10 of 12 possible points during Sunday singles. A tall task.

While Friday was a tough day for the United States it got even worse on Saturday. Bryson DeChambeau and Patrick Cantlay took the only red point during the morning’s foursomes and J.J. Spaun and Xander Schauffele the only one in the afternoon’s four-ball action.
