Woman shot by Border Patrol in Portland recovering at Tacoma ICE facility

TACOMA, Wash. — One of two people shot by U.S. Border Patrol agents during a confrontation in Portland last week is now being held at the Northwest ICE Processing Center, where she is recovering from her injuries.
