A Lacey man allegedly attacked a bookseller, attempting to pull her into a residence before she escaped and reported him to police.
LACEY, Wash. — A Lacey man is in custody after he allegedly attacked a woman selling books door-to-door and attempted to pull her into a home on Wednesday.
The Lacey Police Department said the incident happened just before 11 a.m. in the 8000 block of North Bicentennial Loop SE.
Police said a resident called 911 after a woman came to their home and said there was a man after her.
