Woman killed after suspect fleeing deputies runs red light in Parkland

A suspect fleeing a traffic stop ran a red light in Parkland, striking and killing a driver who was traveling through the intersection.

PARKLAND, Wash. — A woman died Wednesday morning when a suspect fleeing from Pierce County deputies ran a red light and crashed into her vehicle at the intersection of 112th Street and Ainsworth Avenue in Parkland.
