A large low-pressure system spinning over the Pacific will continue to funnel moisture and breezy conditions into western Washington through the weekend.
SEATTLE — The National Weather Service says a wind advisory remains in effect until 10 a.m. Sunday for the foothills and valleys of Snohomish, King and Pierce counties, where east to southeast winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
The wind is tied to a large low-pressure system spinning over the Pacific that will continue to funnel moisture and breezy conditions into western Washington through the weekend.
