SEATTLE — A powerful atmospheric river is drenching western Washington early this week, bringing with it heavy rains, gusty winds and widespread impacts.
A Flood Watch has been issued for all of western Washington as rainfall totals are expected to reach up to 6 inches in the lowlands through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. The mountains will likely see a foot or more of snow.
