State patrol says a man wanted since 2017 was arrested in West Seattle in a case tied to a deadly DUI crash on I-5 in Kent.

SEATTLE — A man charged in a deadly 2017 crash on Interstate 5 in Kent was arrested in West Seattle on Thursday, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Jerry Denson, 36, had been on the state patrol’s Most Wanted list since 2017 after failing to appear in court on a vehicular homicide charge.

The charge is tied to a DUI-related crash on I-5 in Kent that killed Joy Marie Brannon, a 28-year-old passenger in Denson’s vehicle, according to
