Wenatchee community honors Decker sisters as manhunt persists

WENATCHEE, Wash. — Thousands gathered Friday evening at Rocky Reach Park to honor the lives of Paityn, Evelyn and Olivia Decker, three young sisters whose deaths have left a lasting impact on the Wenatchee Valley.

The memorial came as the manhunt for their father, Travis Decker, verges on its fourth week. Authorities have charged him with the girls’ deaths and have continued a region-wide manhunt with no confirmed sightings since early June.
