Renton police warned pedestrians to stay away from the bridge area as crews respond to a major water issue.
RENTON, Wash. — A water main break in Renton has closed part of Houser Way North, according to the Renton Police Department.
Police said that Houser Way North is closed from 200 Mill Ave. S to Bronson Way North because of large amounts of water in the area.
200 Mill Ave. South has also been evacuated as public crews work to assess the damage.
Traffic is being rerouted, and drivers should expect delays and plan for alternate routes.
