Tenants complained of mold, broken appliances and misleading lease agreements, Washington’s Office of the Attorney General says.
OLYMPIA, Wash. — The state of Washington Friday sued owners and property managers of five apartment complexes housing low-income tenants over the age of 55.
The Office of the Attorney General filed a complaint in Snohomish County Court against FPI Management, Inc. and the owners of five apartment complexes in Washington state.
FPI Management runs thousands of apartment complexes across the country.
The lawsuit focuses on five locations managed by FPI : Vintage at Everett, Vintage at Mill Creek, Vintage at Sequim, Vintage at Tacoma,
