A 66-year-old man was killed in June while his car was disabled on the shoulder of westbound Interstate 90.
SEATTLE — Detectives have completed their investigation into a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred in June on westbound Interstate 90, according to the Washington State Patrol.

A 66-year-old Bellevue man was killed when he was struck near his disabled vehicle on the freeway. Investigators said the driver who hit him abandoned his own vehicle after it broke down and then allegedly tried to carjack another car before being detained by responding officers.
