SEATTLE — More than 17 years ago, Niya Desai came to the United States with several dreams. After leaving India, Desai said she had various goals including ones that would put her in creative spaces or in a storytelling platform.
Even though it took more time than expected, Desai said she never lost sight of those goals.
Desai describes her launch of “Women in the Making” – a video podcast – as an adventure. She traded a corporate career for the unpredictable field of entrepreneurship amid the COVID-19 era.
The goal is to give all women a voice and encourage others to reach their goals.
