Federal immigration officers shot and wounded two people inside a vehicle outside a hospital in Portland on Thursday afternoon, authorities said.
SEATTLE — U.S. Rep. Emily Randall on Thursday accused federal immigration agents of acting “out of control” after two people were shot and wounded by Customs and Border Protection officers in Portland, escalating regional tensions over immigration enforcement.
