Orting High School and Orting Elementary School currently share a campus that is nearly at double the capacity of students it is meant to hold.
ORTING, Wash. — On the shared campus of Orting High School and Orting Elementary, education is happening in makeshift conditions. More than 20 portable classrooms cover the grounds, along with multiple outdoor port-a-potties for student use. And the district warns that the situation is only getting worse.
