The man who took the video said wearing body armor protected him from serious injury.
PORTLAND, Oregon — Cell phone video shows the moment a man drove his car into a crowd of protesters Wednesday evening outside Portland’s ICE facility.
“I was in shock, to be honest,” said Nik, an ICE protester who took video of the car before it ran into him.
