Gov. Ferguson signed a bipartisan bill Wednesday aimed at resolving the massive backlog of DUI toxicology tests in Washington.
TACOMA, Wash. — A surge in impaired driving arrests in Pierce County this weekend is putting into focus the urgency of a brand-new Washington state law designed to speed up DUI cases and toxicology testing.
New video released by the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office shows a truck crashing and flipping Thursday afternoon, March 19.
