EVERETT, Wash. — Two people were arrested in Everett after an investigation found they were promoting commercial sexual abuse of multiple young girls, including one who was 13 years old according to police.
Everett police say in late July, an officer responded to a report of a teen girl being trafficked. The victim, a 17-year-old, told an acquaintance that she was being exploited by a couple through a dating site.
