SNOQUALMIE, Wash. — Starting in June, the Tiger Mountain Summit Trailhead will close for nearly five months, as Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) crews renovate and expand the trailhead parking lot.
DNR said the trailhead will be closed from June 9 until Nov. 1. According to DNR, the current parking lot was built more than 30 years ago but is “no longer suitable for the increased popularity of the recreation site and growing population in the area.”
