A routine check on a Thurston County fire led to a woman’s arrest after a brief chase, with charges including obstruction and DUI, according to the sheriff’s office.
The defendant operated five bikini barista stands in the Puget Sound area, most under the name “Beehive Espresso,” according to groups representing the employees.
