SEATTLE — A trailblazing breast cancer researcher at the University of Washington revealed that over a million dollars in promised funding is being withheld by the Trump administration.
Dr. Mary-Claire King attended a roundtable discussion at Seattle Children’s Hospital with Sen. Patty Murray on Friday morning to help sound the alarm about a proposed 38% cut to National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding by the Trump administration.
