TACOMA, Wash. — In Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood, a community center is helping feed thousands, offering up food and hope to people in need of assistance.
The Brotherhood RISE Center, a nonprofit that provides food and many other social services, makes it a goal to ensure services for essential needs, like food, are easy to access.
