A trooper and another person are injured after a DUI suspect crashed into them during an early-morning traffic stop.
KING COUNTY, Wash. — A Washington State Patrol trooper and another person were injured after a suspected DUI driver crashed into them early Thursday morning.
The suspect allegedly crashed into the trooper’s car and one other driver while they were stopped on the side of southbound Interstate 5 near the King County-Pierce County line.
The trooper had pulled the car over and was performing a traffic stop when the crash occurred.
Both the trooper and the driver were taken to a nearby hospital
