SEATTLE — The suspect in a shooting at the Seattle waterfront that went viral pleaded not guilty on Monday morning.
Gregory Timm, 32, is accused of shooting Harold Powell Sr. while he was in a wheelchair during an altercation on July 31. Police said Timm initiated the conflict with Powell, but the suspect’s lawyers said he was defending himself after Powell pulled out a holstered airsoft gun.
