FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — The suspect in a 2023 deadly shooting at a Federal Way bar has been added to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
Investigators also announced Tuesday that the agency is offering a $1 million reward for information leading to the arrest of Samuel Ramirez Jr.
Ramirez Jr. is accused of shooting and killing two women and injuring a third person in the May 21, 2023,
