The 3-year-old girl was found safe inside the abandoned car, but the suspect is still on the run.
SEATTLE — A 3-year-old girl is safe after a suspect stole the car while she was inside on Thursday evening in White Center.
The girl was in a silver Volkswagen Atlas when it was stolen by a suspect around 5:30 p.m. A family member called 911 to report their mother’s car had been stolen with his little sister inside.
The keys were left inside the car when a man the family did not know reportedly got inside and took off.
