Suspect ‘appeared to be in shock’ after shooting, killing Seattle high school student at party, court docs say

SEATTLE — Court documents released Tuesday revealed the moments leading to a shooting that killed a Seattle high school senior over the weekend at a party in Yakima.

Garfield High School student Salvador “Junior” Granillo, 18, was shot around 2 a.m. Sunday, after “an altercation” at a party on South Keys Road, according to a release from the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO).
