Surveillance footage leads to arrest in Poulsbo murder case

Laird David Dinsmore faces charges of premediated murder and assault with a deadly weapon.

POULSBO, Wash — The man suspected of killing another man outside a home off Big Valley Road NE in Poulsbo was charged Wednesday.

Laird David Dinsmore, 35, faces charges of premeditated murder in the first degree and first-degree assault with a deadly weapon. 

King County Sheriff’s deputies responded Saturday to a property in Poulsbo for a report of a death. The caller, who owns the property, said it was his tenant who was found dead.
