Summer sounds: Live music, concerts return to the Pacific Northwest

One of the most anticipated returns is that of live music, at venues both big and small. While there is still guidance for events with over 10,000 attendees — 75% capacity unless everyone in the crowd is verified to be fully vaccinated — even that could change at a moment’s notice.
